coming to camp is easier than ever
Our new convenient van service takes the stress of driving out to camp each day and allows your pup to get picked up and dropped off while you are at work. No more coming home exhausted to a dog who has spent all day waiting for you to arrive and play. Your dog will get to spend their day at camp with our trained staff facilitating safe, cohesive play, running around our 2 acres of dog safe land and get dropped off at home ready to Netflix and chill with you all evening. Win win!

How will dogs ride to and from camp?
Each dog that makes a reservation will be assigned to their own Ruffland Kennel. There is a limit for size + availability so make sure you reserve your pups’ slot in advance.
I won't be home for handoff can I leave a key?
Yes! You are not required to be home for handoff just leave detailed instructions how to locate a spare key/garage code/preferred entryway and where your dog will be in the home to be collected. Much like how you would arrange for a dog walker to come by. Our driver will enter following your instructions, lockup on the way out and your pup will head to camp for a day of fun!
What time should I expect my dog to be picked up / dropped off?
Timing will vary depending on our schedule for the day but will be between 730am-10am + 4pm-630pm. Once we have a confirmed list the night before you will get a confirmation text with your estimated time for pickup / drop off. Please allow for 15 mins of grace period before/after the estimated timeframe to account for traffic and weather conditions or provide a second form of entry if your schedule changes and you cannot be there for handoff.
How often will the van service run?
We are offering the pickup service Monday, Thursday + Fridays each week starting June 1st 2024. We hope this will be a good option for both our daycare and boarding dogs to who may want to come to camp during the week or need assistance getting to / from camp after boarding with us. Local transportation is still available 7 days a week.
How much does it cost?
Round trip rides for our OKC & surrounding area campers are $30 per household or $20 / way. Local campers who are less than 10 mins or 10 miles from camp are $10/way.
